RETURNS:
You may return any 18 GREENS products within thirty (30) days of the date of delivery in their original, unused condition, with tags and poly bag for a full refund of the merchandise value. Please click on the Exchange/Returns form and fill out accordingly. Since we offer free shipping with a purchase of $100 or more, all returns for refunds will have $6.50 deducted from the value refunded.
When returning an item be sure to include a copy of your invoice, return form and circle the item or items you are returning and the reason for return. Please click on the Exchange/Returns form and fill out accordingly. Returns generally take 1-2 weeks to process if sent from continental U.S. locations. Returns sent from overseas locations may take longer. Credit for returns will be issued to the original payment method, or you can request store credit in the form of a gift card code. Be sure to note this on your return.
18 GREENS is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.
EXCHANGES:
To exchange an order, it’s simple just return the original order and we will send one back to you. Please click on the Exchange/Returns form and fill out accordingly.
