Golf Swing Exercise That Improves Your Whole Game

Most people were born with a dominate side, either right or left. For most golfers their dominate side is usually forward, so it is very important to have coordination in your non dominate side. In this video I will give a very effective drill to add into every practice session. Will help build coordination, strength, ball contact, angle of attack, forearm/ hand rotation and a more neutral swing plane.
