Warming Up: Club Selection & Range of Motion

When you are headed to the range for a practice session or warming up before a round it is important to have a specific routine on how to warm up. In this video I will give you an effective way to start every practice session or warm up. Starting with a PW and hit some chip shots is good because it helps with getting your rhythm and confidence established. Once you hit a few good ones in the center of the club face move to a waist high range of motion. From there keep increasing your range of motion and work through your bag.
